We are seeking a UI/UX Designer who has experience with the transformation of the digital experience for the consumer within a web or mobile platform. This person will not only be working alongside the marketing divisions, but also many different business units delivery strategy, planning, and execution of a strong user experience and design for all internal and external customers. Key areas of focus will be to build, design, create a fully mature end user experience through both the web and mobile platform as well as communicate and present content specifications to key leadership of the digital content strategy and implementation plan. Required Skills:
- 3+ Years of UX/UI designing experience by understanding and implementing best practices and design standards within the Web and Mobile platforms
- Strong communication skills building rapport with key stake holders and collaboration with other divisions within the organization
- Lead content strategy meetings and drive deliverables and timelines for all business leaders
- Experience building and designing a interactive experience and protypes utilizing key tools within the UI/UE space like - Axure, Sketc, InVision, Adobe XD
- Maintain and support current existing experiences for the internal/external customer through survey, testing, Voice of the Customer, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree or an advanced degree in related field
- Healthcare/Insurance experience
- Web and mobile architecture and design
