- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or technical field. 6+ years’ experience in a related position, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Any relevant certifications preferred. Specific skills, proficiencies and knowledge in field related to position, as identified by department leadership.
- Networking – CCNA, CCNP, CCVP, firewall technology skills preferred.
- Systems – VM Ware, SANS, Servers.
- Basic problem analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Team player who is self-motivated and has ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Developed expert in technical skills, proficiencies and knowledge in field of support.
- Furthers knowledge of profession through continued education and/or seeking or providing mentorship.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with ability to give and receive coaching and feedback for personal and professional development.

- Reprimand to HR with recommendation of remediation including termination.
- Decisions within assigned job duty parameters.
- Determine bonus allocation within discretionary pool.
- Administer annual team member performance reviews, goal setting and participate in salary planning and employee development.
