In this position, you will:Receive inbound phone calls from prospects and use your proven sales skills to enroll them in one or more of the client’s insurance products.Make outbound phone calls to prospects and use proven, effective sales techniques to enroll them in one or more of the client’s insurance products (when applicable).Gather all required data; determine eligibility; build relationships and establish rapport with callers to gain trust and manage follow-up calls to ensure timely responses Utilize effective salesmanship and excellent customer service skills on all inbound and outbound callsAccurately process application/ information in sales and customer systems; and track/record outcome of calls as well as issues and inquiries requiring follow-up
