RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in need of a Business Analyst in Louisville, KY. This Business Analyst resource will communicate with business and IT teams to formulate a strategy that aligns with the needs of the organization. They will provide a detailed requirements analysis and document the process and standards. This Business Analyst consultant will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Knowledge of the software development concept and life cycle will be important for this role.
Responsibilities of the Business Analyst include, but are not limited to the following: Business Analyst will determine requirements for IT deliverables and objectives, ensuring that the solutions meet business needs and requirements Study business functions and gather information to evaluate output requirements and system capabilities Document and define the general process and standards per process to develop organizational strategies Business Analyst will facilitate team collaboration and perform requirements analysis for future strategic projects Lead ongoing reviews of current and future business processes to develop optimization strategies Effectively communicating your insights, plans, and outcome to cross-functional team members and managementREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Spreadsheets (Excel, PowerBI)Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
