Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in the industry of finance and accounting. Based in Louisville, Kentucky, this role will involve supporting our clients with various accounting and finance needs. You will be responsible for tasks such as account reconciliation, utilizing accounting software systems, and managing accounts payable and receivable.Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications Maintain precise customer credit records Employ accounting software systems for various tasks Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) effectively Carry out account reconciliation tasks Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks Handle tax and automated payroll duties Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts Assist clients with various needs in the accounting and finance space.Benefits 17 days of CTO

Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounting Clerk role or similar position
Proficient in Account Reconciliation Experience with various Accounting Software Systems is required Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Familiarity with Tax-Payroll procedures Experience with Automated Payroll systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
