We're currently looking for LOCALS to Harrodsburg and surrounding towns. If you, or anyone you know, are within 50 miles - WE WANT YOU!
As a member of our team, you'll be supporting a remote solar project and responsible for assisting the on-site Leadership Team with day-to-day tasks, making the project run efficiently and smoothly. You'll be instrumental in the operations of sustainable energy units on commercial solar farm sites.
Heads up: This role will require you to work in all kinds of weather. A strong work ethic will serve you well, along with prior solar or construction experience (this is a plus, not a must!).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Project support
Assist with timekeeping for employees in and out daily
Create, maintain and orgaize project documentation, reports and meeting minutes
Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders and external partners
Support the allocation and tracking of resources, ensuring team members have the necessary tools and material
Filing paperwork
Prepare project reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate project status and performance
Track Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inventory
Support onsite leaders at orientation including distribution of PPE
Monitor and track office supplies
Make calls to missing employees and track attendance
Daily cleanup and upkeep of the office work space
Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk and listen for long periods of time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
18 years of age with valid ID
Resume ready to submit to recruiter
Two or more years in an administrative role
Construction and or Solar experience desireable
Procore, ISNetworld, and Smarsheet experience preferred
Confident in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and other relevant tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the projects lifecycle
Capable of lifting 10-25 lbs
Able to work in all kinds of weather, steel or composite toed boots and cold/hot weather gear are your requirement
Able to meet additional screening requirements if applicable

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
