Looking for a Bad Ass Operations Manager
Looking for a driven, well-spoken leader to re-energize a growing roofing company's office and corporate structure.
Our company is very unique, in that, all of our operations are based out of Lexington, while overseeing a virtual-office presence and inbound call variation from 4-5 markets at a time.
Must be smart, forward thinking, quick on your feet,
We are looking for someone whose strengths are in company finances, process development and implementation.

Requirements for this position:
- 3+ Years Experience in Clerical or Office Management (Construction Industry Preferred)
- Proficiency in G-suite/G-Mail
- Proficiency in Google MyBusiness
- Experience with inbounding calls/dispatching
- Experience in Google Sheets/Microsoft Office
- QuickBooks Proficiency
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing
- Some sales experience (phone or door to door)
- Proficiency in payroll and payroll tax
I know I am asking for a lot, in the way of experience. However, for the candidate who really knows what they're doing and has great experience, entry level salary will be much higher
