We are looking for a dependable head cook for the food service at Asbury Theological Seminary.
This individual must be able to work well in a Christian environment, be self motivated, and take pride in their job.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparation and setup of all hot food for lunch. Follow menu
and standard recipes to insure freshness, quality and quantity required.
Responsible for preparation and setup of Main Line, Rotations, Soup and other
stations as needed.
All prep needs for the next day as directed on the menu and/or the Director.
Catering items as needed by the Director.
Maintain highest levels of sanitation in your areas.
Cleaning the counters and equipment of your area daily after use and as needed
Other duties as assigned by the Director. These may require working beyond
normal scheduled time as necessitated by catered events.
Job Attributes:
Occasionally lifting of up to 50lbs throughout the day.
Must be able to work on your feet for the entire length of the shift.
Must be able to work in extreme conditions of hot or cold ( coolers, freezers and
hot equipment)
Must be able to work on potentially hazardous surfaces (wet floors)
Work with and around hazardous chemicals and cleaning supplies.
Must be able to read and extend standard recipes.
