Description For immediate consideration, please apply with an attached resume and call Lisa James at (859)788-3684We are in search of a Risk Analyst to join our client's team in LEXINGTON, Kentucky. In this role, you will be tasked with providing comprehensive analysis and support relating to the procurement of insurance policies, management of insurance claims, tracking of insurance and risk-related data, and implementation of risk mitigation activities.Responsibilities: Analyzing and gathering data for insurance policy renewal and claims. Completing insurance applications and assisting with underwriting submission completion. Issuing and tracking certificates, updating insurance and premium payment schedules. Coordinating with external service providers including brokers, TPAs, consultants, and actuaries. Managing the review of workers’ compensation claims with brokers, consultants, and legal teams. Administering the Risk Management information system (Riskonnect). Coordinating and managing projects, including deliverables and various projects. Preparing reports, metrics, and presentations for internal use, senior management, and external partners. Administering the Workers’ Compensation cost allocation program. Assisting in the management of insurance captive and tracking outstanding collateral posted to secure insurance obligations. Managing the internal Risk Management website.Requirements Proficiency in Auditing is essential for this role to ensure the accuracy of financial documents and procedures. Demonstrated experience in Capital Management is required to manage the company's financial resources effectively. Familiarity with Claim Administration is crucial to handle various insurance claims efficiently. Knowledge of Workers Compensation is essential to manage and process employee compensation claims. Ability to conduct Property Appraisals to evaluate the value of properties accurately. Understanding of Property and Property Insurance to manage and evaluate insurance policies related to properties. Competence in Casualty Insurance and Property Casualty Insurance to handle and manage insurance policies for property casualties. Skill in Assessing Risk to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Experience in Business Risk Assessment to evaluate potential risks in business operations and strategies. Knowledge of Corporate Risk to identify, assess, and mitigate risks at a corporate level. CPA certification is required for this role to ensure adherence to accounting standards and practices.
