Job DescriptionAs a member of the Campus Recruiting Team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, execution, and coordination of campus recruitment activities and the summer research program. Responsibilities

Support Campus Recruitment Events: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various campus recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and networking events. Help with logistics, materials preparation, and post-event follow-ups.

Support Summer Research Program Events and Activities: Assist with coordination and execution of various summer events throughout the remainder of the summer research program.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the Campus Recruiting Team, HR professionals, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and successful recruitment outcomes.

Requirements

Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a college or university program.

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields (preferred, but not mandatory).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Enthusiastic about talent acquisition and campus recruitment.

Familiarity with social media platforms and recruitment tools is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Prior experience in campus organizations, event planning, or recruitment is beneficial, but not required.
