Receptionist/loan processor

We are hiring for an entry level, self motivated individual with a proactive attitude. This role will answer customer phone calls, assist mortgage borrowers throughout the mortgage loan process and close loans within the specified timeframes; prepare and process mortgage loan records, files and correspondence from application through approval; communicate with customers, internal staff, title companies, etc. to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain all necessary documentation required for the file.
