We specialize in providing high-volume contingent staffing, direct hire staffing and project based solutions to companies worldwide ranging from startups to Fortune 500 and Managed Service Providers (MSP) across a wide variety of industries Description: RM Notes: Please submit your submission details to Aparna Barde via email to This role's primary location could be PEMC, Georgetown or Plano HQ Architect in SME Planning Function Detailed Description of Responsibilities Support planning & Project development for new construction and renovation projects across North America 2) Develop and implement NA Building standards for best practices on projects 3) Work with internal stakeholders to develop project criteria, scope, estimate and project schedules 4) Ensure compliance with all local related local code, & facility operations compliance 5) Maintain weekly project meeting reports, action items, schedules, oversee estimate develop and budget confirmation/tracking. Ideal candidate is an registered architect with demonstrated design experience balanced with the ability to direct design of other AEs, strong organizational and project management skills, Project Development and Oversight Requirements:Required Qualifications 1) Min 5 years experience in architectural position with strong interior experience 2) Preferable focus on commercial office interiors & building exteriors 3) Demonstration of strong design and planning skills and knowledge of current design trends 4) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 5) Good organization, very strong detailed communication skills 6) Experience with furniture and renovation projects 7) Experience with programming to support daily operations 8) Experience using AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop (Revit knowledge desirable but not mandatory) 9) Site Master planning experience 10) NCARB preferred 11) Experience with preparing visual presentations using Microsoft Office and Adobe products Additional Desired Qualifications: 1.
