Description:

We have an immediate need for an IT Support Specialist. The position is in the Main Console (systems monitoring). The days and hours are listed below. Shift\Hours4th shift - 7:00 am to 5:30 pm w/ a half hour lunch Saturday - Sunday, Tuesday-WednesdayPosition Requirements • (2) years IT experience• Operational knowledge Server, Unix, Unix Server, and VMWare. Data Center experience preferred.• Experience with desktop support, service desk, or network monitoring or introductory level server administration.• Prior working knowledge in a ticketing system.• Would prefer that the candidate have held a position in the past requiring accurate execution of procedural business behaviors for a large organization. Data Center procedural experience.• Experience using date center monitoring tools.• Experience following and maintaining procedural documentation
