Job Description : - Work with team to find the root cause analysis for the issue reported at UAT and Prod.- Work with DevOps teams for promote the code to UAT and PROD (TM, AMS)- Work with DN Vendor to priotritize the defect and get fix for the same- Lead, Run & coordinate call with Tech leads whenever needed.- Skills to corelated the data and propose the solution/work round based teh nature of the issues
