89305BRJob Title:Data Readiness Analyst II - Erlanger, KYDepartment/Function:Information TechnologyJob Description:Data Readiness Analyst II - Erlanger, KYThis is an exempt level position.Position Summary:Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) has embarked on a Digital transformation, knowing that quality data drives positive business outcomes. We are seeking a dedicated professional to help take us to the next level of our Data Readiness journey. The ideal candidate will participate in execution of our existing Data Readiness and Quality playbooks, and influence improvements to processes and resource engagement.Understanding the data structure, functionality and practical application of SAP software solutions, with proven ability to generate cross-functional discussions will make you stand out.Job Responsibilities:

Be an integral partner with Solution Delivery and Data Readiness team members to assure data design and implementation meet business requirements.

Actively engage Business data validators/approvers, systems analysts, data readiness functional analysts, and related work streams to assure data is validated and “fit for purpose.”

Assess localized data quality rules to be used to assess the current state of data quality.

Be actively engaged in determining and executing results review for Data Profiling of source and constructed data.

Facilitate and execute validation of data extracts and transformed data to assure business rules adequately populate target system.

Actively identify, monitor and work with business users to proactively and continually cleanse data to support Project timelines, and maintain Data Quality in source systems.

Collect data required for Data Construction of data not migrated from Source system(s) for load into target systems, working with legacy and new ADM sites.

Coordinate Pre and Post load Data Validation activities for Data Readiness and ensure the proper approvals are received and recorded

Log and effectively document Data Quality and Data Migration defects and facilitate run to resolution.

Properly document all requirements for Risks and Controls/SOX compliance fulfillment.

Actively participate in opportunities for internal Data Readiness and Quality team training and team building events.

Job Requirements:

4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or another related degree of study

2 + years’ experience performing Data Analyst and / or Business Analyst activities

2 + years’ experience in Data Governance, Data Migration and/or Data Quality roles.

2 + years’ experience with SAP Success Factors Employee Central, Payroll, and/or Work Force Software, or combination of SAP Certification and 1 + years’ experience with SAP Success Factors is a plus

2 + years’ experience with SAP S4 Hana is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively connect with internal and external business partners

Excellent facilitation skills

Demonstrable ability and initiative to on own as well as within teams

Strong analytical, organizational, time management, facilitation, and process leadership skills.

Maintain a positive work environment through collaboration & conflict resolution

Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlines.

Ability and willingness to travel by auto and air as needed to achieve business objectives.

Demonstrated competency working with team members globally whether face-to-face, web conference, telephone or email.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Teams
