Description We are on the lookout for a competent Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Covington, Kentucky. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our financial strategy, developing accurate models, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering relationships with internal stakeholders. Your tasks will range from analyzing financial results and data to optimizing business outcomes through strategic forecasting.Responsibilities: Analyze and consolidate operational and financial results and data Prepare reports, identify trends, and elucidate variances between forecasts and actual figures Aid in the management of the company's budget and forecast model Calculate monthly revenue by examining historical data on collections and volume Analyze and report revenue and collections by customer, account type, and sales representatives Assist in calculating sales commissions and compensation Initiate and lead efforts to continually improve the company's KPI reporting Engage in and support strategic and operational projects as required Act as a liaison between the Finance department and other departments Collaborate with the FP& A manager and team to enhance efficiencies in current processes and reporting. Requirements Qualifications and Skills: Education:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or life sciences.

Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum 3-years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role.

Laboratory, diagnostic, or healthcare experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.

Experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (Power BI) preferred.
