Siding and deck help.

I'm looking for a couple guys to come to work. We do mainly new construction siding. With some decks here and there some other occasional stuff as well but mainly siding. I do not need a crew lead or a cutman or any sort of foreman. I need hangers and I need reliable guys to come to work on time. Not looking for a ton of experience looking for some guys to train how I'd like the crew to run. If you're interested please call me. Pay Will be determined on experience thank you!
