Gable Roofing
Location: Kansas- Wichita, Derby, Valley Center, Andover, Halstead, Newton, Salina, Park City, Goddard, Maize, Wellington, And all surrounding areas
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales for our roofing company by targeting homeowners with storm damage.
- Work with insurance claims related to storm damage from up to one year past.
- Travel within a 15–30-mile radius to follow storms, focusing on areas affected by hail damage and high winds (60 mph or greater).
- Conduct door-to-door sales, identifying potential customers with storm-damaged roofs.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and concerns.
- Stay updated with changes in the insurance industry and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Attend training sessions and be open to learning new sales techniques and industry information.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing and pleasant personality.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in door-to-door sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the designated area.
- Willingness to try new sales approaches and continuously learn about industry changes.
- Basic understanding of insurance claims processes related to storm damage is a plus.
Benefits:
- Competitive commission on net profit (6%). For example, if a job pays $20,000, after deducting $4,000 for materials and $2,800 for labor, the net profit is $13,200. The commission would be 6% of $13,200, resulting in $792 per sale.
- Monthly and yearly bonuses based on sales performance:
- Achieve 10 sales per month for three consecutive months to earn a $500 bonus.
- Achieve 10 sales per month for 10 months within a year (excluding January and February) to earn a $2,000 bonus.
