This position will be located in Wichita, KS or Columbus, OH. Due to the nature of the role it is not available remotely, but we are open to paying relocation expenses + sign-on bonus.

We are flexible with the budget for the right candidate.

All candidates must be ITAR Eligible (US Person).

Required Skills:BS Degree or higher in EE, CS, or CE. MS preferred.10+ years of R&D Development experienceExcellent knowledge of communication systems theory and signal processing conceptsAbility to understand and formulate mathematical, statistical, and computational modelsProficient in designing digital systemsProficient in algorithm modeling tools such as Matlab/SimulinkProficient in HDL development for either Intel or Xilinx FPGAsExperienced in developing calibration methodologies end to end for RF productsGood understanding of software technologies and embedded systems in particularGood understanding of RF technologies, including transponder, radar, communication systemsHands-on experience in lab equipment such as scopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generatorsSolid technical leadership skills and ability to serve as a technical leadExcellent problem solving & troubleshooting skills.Able to design or understand new system architectures quicklyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEnjoy working in a highly collaborative environmentHighly motivated, able to work independently with minimal direction

Preferred Skills:Digital and FPGA designsSystem Verilog test vector/validationHigh performance RF test instrumentationUnderstanding of receiver and transmitter functional blocks and capabilities including antennas, filters, duplexers, oscillators, frequency converters, modulators, and demodulatorsUnit/Class Test background (Test Driven development)Experience with project tracking software, preferably Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Crucible) Email me the resume at
