Position OverviewResponsible for providing general Information Technology support with an emphasis on ERP and websitesystems. Assists in various IT projects to streamline and enhance database management, integrations,upgrades, hardware/software installations.Primary Responsibilities Work closely with internal and/or external teams to collect, analyze, translate, and documentprocesses related to applications, implementations, and hardware/software installations Research, analyze and leverage optimal solutions to meet ever-changing organizational needs Coordinate with IT team to build and implement technology solutions Conduct system analysis, integrations, testing, and system setups Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements Provides backup for other department functions.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred) Experience or training in project management Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX, Adobe Magento, Azure, and cloud technologies(preferred) Understanding of databases, system security, and troubleshooting Knowledge of Information Technology best practices, standards, and terminology Ability to manage multiple end-user support and development requests effectively Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong attention to detail Organized, focused, and results-oriented Solid problem solving, critical thinking, and prioritizing skills Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
