Job Description We are looking for a Mid-level End User Computing Engineer based out of Topeka, KS office. This is a great opportunity for support engineer or junior engineer/admin looking for a new challenge. This is fast -paced environment that requires Endpoint engineering (End user devices like tablets, laptop, desktop etc) skills for day-to-day and project-based company-wide desktop initiatives.

Responsibilities • Primarily, you will provide operational support for various Windows 10/11, MacOS, iOS and Android based physical and virtual endpoints and corresponding Management applications and servers.• Provides hands-on user support by troubleshooting hardware and software problems for desktop, laptop, tablets and mobiles devices.• Configures workstations for new users and upgrades existing equipment and software• Install, assemble, and configure computers, monitors, network infrastructure, and peripherals such as printers, scanners, and related hardware• Troubleshoot problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software, e-mail, network, and peripheral equipment; make repairs and corrections where required• Act as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems with equipment; implement solutions or notify outsource providers as required such as opening work orders with service provider companies• Utilizes ticketing system to escalate the issue for a quick resolution.• Capable of effectively managing relationships with internal and external partners• Implement, administer, configure, and troubleshoot within environments for Windows devices and Mac OS devices.• Strive to resolve all employee support interactions on first touch, whenever possible, while proactively and conscientiously balancing competing demands in a fast-paced environment• Communicate with users to identify issues and explain solutions• Lead upgrades, maintenance, and configuration of endpoint management suites: SCCM, Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS), Office 365, and Azure Active Directory• Assists with day-to-day maintenance and general health of infrastructure, including log reviews and responding to incidents in real-time• Identify and deliver required hardware & software service levels according to Company Scope of Work

Qualifications • Exceptional customer service & communication skills• Extensive hands-on experience installing and maintaining the following: Windows, MacOS ; TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Business Cable Modem and SL• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting wired and wireless networks and routers.• Be familiar with Windows Deployment Toolkit for Imaging• Equivalent completion of two years college-level coursework in computer science, information technology and/or a related field, and two years of general computer installation, maintenance and repair experience in a support environment; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above• Experience configuring/troubleshooting Wireless Apple and Android Mobile/Handheld Devices• Must possess a working knowledge of hardware components, hardware configurations, and have strong software experience• Must be self-starter and able to perform day to day tasks with minimum supervision
