Hi,
I’m looking for a real estate professional to help me with my Real Estate Flipping business. No experience required. I don’t care if you are brand new or a seasoned pro to the real estate game. Looking for someone to earn a few extra bucks and work at their own pace.
Job description will include but limited to:
-Site visits to property
-Meeting contractors at property
-Preparing comps
-Taking pictures and emailing them to me.
100% commission-based pay. Pay will average around $50-75 per hr.
There are a few MUSTS…
-You must have MLS access
-You must be able to work on weekends
-You must be able to run Comps
-Must be able to take pictures and email them
Preferable:
Have a great knowledge of construction costs and repairs
