We pride ourselves on our supportive work environment and our commitment to professional development.ResponsibilitiesGroom and bathe consumers with low mobility, ensuring their hygiene and comfort.Prepare each consumer's room with necessary items such as blankets, pillows, medical equipment, and bathroom essentials.Assist participants with eating and taking medications, ensuring they receive regular meals and proper medication dosages.Monitor vitals and patient behavior, reporting any changes to the nursing and medical staff.Support consumers with mobility needs, including transferring them from wheelchair to bed and adjusting their position to prevent bedsores.Encourage and assist with exercises, such as walking, to promote physical activity.Transport consumers to community activities, fostering social engagement and participation.Assist consumers with daily tasks to enhance their independence and quality of life.QualificationsExperience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compassionate and patient demeanor.
