The ZBA will be responsible for covering a designated territory within in the United States on a short-to medium term basis (e.g. period of weeks to months) where a business need for additional coverage has been identified (e.g. due to a vacancy or for other reasons). Geographic flexibility is a must, as ZBAs will be expected to spend 4-5 days each week in the territory they are covering, which could be anywhere in the United States.
