RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Help Desk Analyst I in Topeka, KS.Duties: Under general supervision, act as first contact for any computer, application or system-related problems and be able to provide direct, telephone based and remote control/diagnostic support services to include software, hardware, and network connectivity support to internal users on standard PCs, laptops, various mobile devices, Windows desktop applications and technologies including MS Office365, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Edge, Adobe Reader, VPN connectivity, printers, and applications developed and/or hosted in-house Support is provided in a process-oriented environment with Service Level Objectives and specific focus on exceeding customer's expectations This job is to be performed with limited supervision and has no responsibility or authority for the direction of othersSchedule: Monday-Friday 6:30AM to 5PM - 1 or 2 weeks to receive the necessary equipment and training for this position Once established this position will be working remote until work from home orders are liftedREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of recent experience in help desk operations; Associates degree in a Computer Science-related field and 2 years of recent experience in help desk operations Office 365 - No less than 2 years of experience/Office 365 support PC Support - No less than 2 years of experience/Experience providing PC support in an enterprise or corporate setting Excellent Customer Service Good understanding of technical issues and be able to communicate issue in a non-technical dialogue Mobile Device Support - No less than 2 years/Providing support for both IOS and Android devices Experience with ServiceNow, Office 365, Citrix, and Mobile Device Operating Systems is preferred Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship 2 References will be requiredKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
