- Primarily, you will provide operational support for various Windows 10/11, MacOS, iOS and Android based physical and virtual endpoints and corresponding Management applications and servers.
- Provides hands-on user support by troubleshooting hardware and software problems for desktop, laptop, tablets and mobiles devices.
- Configures workstations for new users and upgrades existing equipment and software
- Install, assemble, and configure computers, monitors, network infrastructure, and peripherals such as printers, scanners, and related hardware
- Lead upgrades, maintenance, and configuration of endpoint management suites: SCCM, Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS), Office 365, and Azure Active Directory
- Support engineer or junior engineer/admin looking for a new challenge.
- Strive to resolve all employee support interactions on first touch, whenever possible, while proactively and conscientiously balancing competing demands in a fast-paced environment
