Job Details:Title: Call Center RepresentativeLocation: Topeka, KS Duration: 3 months Roles & Responsibilities:We are looking for individuals who have minimum 6 months of experience working at a call center. These employees will take phone calls, create, and route tickets to the correct departments and assist in managing the Service Desk email account. Basic Qualifications:) 6 months of call center experience) Great customer service) Must report in regularly but would be eligible for a hybrid schedule after training Topeka location) Must be able to pass a standard KBI background check
