We are looking for experienced meat cutters to cut moose and caribou in Alaska. You must know how to cut quartered bone in animals. You must know your cuts of meat. You must be proficient in using a band saw. It is a temporary position from mid August to the beginning of October. There will be plenty of overtime available in September and October. We do supply housing. Airfare will be reimbursed to you if you stay the entire season. If interested please submit a resume.
