Below are a few requirements/traits we are looking for
Excellent written, verbal communication, and negotiating skills. You will be communicating with new and existing customers daily either by phone or via email.
Professional on the phone to existing, new, and potential customers
Be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer proficiency.
Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
Prior dispatch/broker experience is a plus but not required
Able to Negotiate rates with potential carriers
Attention to detail
Excellent Organizational Skills
Excellent Follow Up Skills
