THE POSITION: The Manager, Compliance and Regulatory is responsible for leading quality and compliance efforts across multiple client projects teams in within Deployment Solutions, ensuring adherence to all relevant local and federal regulations. This role will oversee auditing and monitoring activities for varied client teams, such as Field and Virtual Sales, MSLs, Market Access, and Reimbursement teams, while maintaining a robust compliance framework. The Manager will work cross-functionally to support client team deployments and provide ongoing compliance support. Additionally, the Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and enforce policies, SOPs, and best practices.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
