By keeping customer information safe, our Fraud Protection Team helps deliver the exceptional services and experiences Spectrum is known for. BE PART OF THE CONNECTION   A Senior Business Systems Analyst on the Fraud Protection Team, plays a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing systems to prevent, detect and manage fraud within the organization. Using your knowledge of business systems and industry requirements, you will design and develop new systems or new ways to use existing systems to accomplish business objectives. WHAT OUR SR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST

Analyze current fraud detection systems and processes to identify gaps and areas of improvement. As well as develop new strategies to prevent, detect and reduce fraudulent activities.

Gathering, refining, and validating complex business requirements, interdependencies, potential risks and issues

Analyzing complex business partners’ operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes, functions, and systems

Assessing available technologies to create development specifications

Providing in-depth technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements

Overseeing implementation, coordinating tests, and observing initiation of the system to validate performance

Negotiating agreements by facilitating communication between business units from initial requirements to final implementation

On a given day you’ll be consulting with management and users to determine the needs of a system then conducting feasibility studies to assess cost/benefit, efficiency, and technical viability of solutions to meet those needs. If you’re an effective leader and creative problem-solver, this could be the role for you.  WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM   Required Qualifications 

Experience: Business Systems or IT related experience: 5 years or more

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

Skills: Knowledge of applicable systems; Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products 

Abilities: Plan, prioritize, and organize effectively; quickly identify business problems and provide solutions; analyze and interpret data; communicate effectively orally and in writing.
