May work with internal team to develop financial forecasts.Primary Responsibilities:May participate in developing strategies for materials planning and SIOP
May participate in the development of standardized processes within materials planning and SIOP in order to optimize the utilization of business resources and meet customer expectations for delivery.
May support the development of indicators that enable visibility to short and long-term market trends and demand.
May identify appropriate demand streams and support in establishing data relationship linkages.
May work with product development leaders and sales and marketing teams to develop demand forecasts.
May support in planning capacity and fulfillment demand with plant manufacturing operations.
May work with manufacturing team and participate in the development of monthly production volume planning using the business forecast, inventory position, actual customer orders, and the defined capacity parameters.
May participate in identifying and developing new technologies to improve materials planning and SIOP capability, sustainability
Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience OR
In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.
Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Bachelor’s degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:Planning experience within a manufatcuring environment is preferred.
MRP/ERP experience is preferred.
