RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is looking for an Enterprise Network Architect for a client in Leawood, Kansas (KS) (3 months contract to hire).
Overview:This role will be responsible with providing leadership for the voice and data communication solutions that support core functions and assure availability. This position will collaborative with the different Infrastructure groups as well as the corporate systems application groups. Delivering new solutions to the pain of the organization while effectively communicating to various groups is key to succeeding in this role. This client is WFH (Working remote) while you do have the choice of coming in on certain days to the office if you choose so.Duties: High level on the project side of things Collaborating with different groups within the organization Deploying new technology and new innovations Will work closely with the hosting side of things This position is higher level than a standard break fix Cisco ACI (Major part to this role) Need to be willing to do physical configuration Design rulesets for theatre level fire walls Also - The grunt work of it with the teams being smaller, handle break fix on a small level (1 week out of the month will be on the call rotation which isn't a big task and not a ton of calls) Team dynamic - 4 people (3 Level I's and the manager)REQUIREMENTS: Ideal candidate - Almost a senior network engineer but higher level, junior architect possibility Cisco ACI (Deployed in the data center) Fortinet F5 Load Balancers SD Wan Data Center experience Mentor (Escalation point for the Level I team members)Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
