$20 hourly, 25-35 hours weekly, M-F. Usually about 6 hours a day, with start/stop time depending on the weather, but usually 8-2:30. From now until the weather turns in October/November. Withholding, Workers' Compensation, heat pay. You will not be required to climb ladders over 8 feet.
This is work in a pleasant setting around people's homes. With an emphasis on safety and finding the best methods, there is only limited sanding and scraping, and no involvement with lead.
Required: your own phone and a dependable vehicle, with no license restrictions.
