The department includes financial control, receivables and purchase ledger, general ledger, credit control, payroll, commission processing, preparation of yearly budgets, monthly forecasts and other management reporting packs, cash applications and preparation of paymentsand.nbsp; The Finance Manager also supervises operationally India Financial Shared Services Staff, in receivables and purchases ledger, expenses processing, credit control and collections, project accounting, cash applications, consolidation of yearly budgets, monthly forecasts and other management reporting packsand.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;RESPONSIBILITIES.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Financial Reporting.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Preparation of monthly financial statements.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Provide the management team with timely and accurate reporting on the results of the business, including the preparation of the monthly management pack.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Ongoing improvement and development of all reporting in line with the needs of the business.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Ensure the accounts comply with local and US GAAP and Company/Group accounting policies.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Production of the monthly, quarterly and annual US GAAP reporting packs to International Finance and US parent company.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Close liaison with the regional finance team based in the Netherlands.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Maintaining a strong control environment and efficient processes which will achieve compliance to the company internal control procedures and regulatory requirements.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Managing, internal and external audits together with any issues raised by external regulators.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Identify revenue opportunities and cost improvements in addition to improving margin efficiencies.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Develop excellent working relationships with sales, operations teams as well as international team members.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Preparation monthly estimates and forecasts.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Responsible for all local tax returns.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Responsible for corporation tax filings.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Manage payroll, commission and benefit processing and control.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Manage AP, AR and credit and collections.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Responsible for the Annual budgeting process.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Manage preparation of annual statutory accounts and year-end audit.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Team development.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Management and development of finance and administration department.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Mentoring and support for team members.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Management Team.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; As a key member of the local management team to play a driving role in helping the company to achieve its strategic goals.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Proactively responding to the ever-changing needs of the business.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Overseeing any ad hoc projects requiring management responsibility.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Developing effective relationships with customers, suppliers and our auditors.and.nbsp;QUALIFICATIONS.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Experience as Finance Manager or Controller with relevant education.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;
