Full time position. Primary function of the Maintenance Communication Coordinator is to oversee and coordinate all maintenance, repairs, and transitions required at the rental properties managed by Advanced Property Management. This individual is responsible for overseeing and managing the subcontractors hired to complete maintenance needs. Excellent oral and written communications skills required. Knowledge of property maintenance and construction skills beneficial. Hours are 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Benefits include Health/Dental insurance, Retirement Plan, and Paid Time Off.
