Partner with customer business units to build strong working relationships and understanding of the business to address short and long-term talent needs.

Advise managers as subject matter expert on hiring trends and talent acquisition tools and serve as a trusted business advisor to clients by delivering a value added and comprehensive consultative talent acquisition service.

Develop and deploy innovative, creative, and proactive talent acquisition strategies to meet the evolving business needs of the client group.

Conduct ongoing follow-up with managers to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition plans and implementation and make necessary recommendations.

Leading and participating in interview close-out meetings with team.

Utilize creative and innovative methods to leverage available resources to source qualified diverse candidates, both active and passive across variety of roles.

Utilize with proficiency- CRM, ATS, job boards, social network, association and university connections, formal or informal networks and hiring events for recruiting.

Partner and collaborate with external search vendors when necessary.

Research new methods and tools for sourcing and pipelining passive candidates and conduct exploratory interviews for potential adjacent opportunities

Identifies challenges with a growth mindset mentality and responds with strategic solutions that best address the goals and direction of all stakeholders involved. Drive talent acquisition processes including candidate management, applicant tracking through ATS, requisition review, job postings, and reporting.

Manage various talent acquisition projects on a timely basis and within budget.

Partner with HR on relaying market feedback, negotiations, and offer creation.

Contribute to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts focused on increasing representation and access to opportunity in all recruitment activities.

Ensure compliance with ISM policies and corporate governance as it pertains to recruitment and maintain ongoing knowledge of OFCCP regulations.

Coach and mentor new TA Partners to help build and emulate best in class hiring practices

QualificationsWhat You'll Bring:Education and Experience

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a combination of relevant education and equivalent work experience in the Talent Acquisition space.

5+ years experience in full life-cycle talent acquisition initiatives and processes.

Experience supporting a variety of roles and stakeholders within a dynamic environment and managing customer experience throughout.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Applicant tracking systems- iCIMS a plus, and CRM platforms a plus.

Other Requirements

Ability to travel as needed less than 25 percent
