Job title: Service Now Application Developer

Skills: Be a part of the growing ServiceNow development team. Implement solutions designed with your input to a business problem using your ServiceNow skills, including development, design, and in depth knowledge of the product.

The Service Now Developer will:• Help deliver Service Now projects by writing code (scripting), and coordinating with on and offshore teams.• Support the development and extension of offerings around the Service Now platform, especially involving the IT Business Management and IT Operations Management modules• Consult on, help design, and develop of the integration between Service Now and other best-of-breed enterprise tools.• Participate in development teams following common methodologies including Agile• Have exceptional communication and presentation skills covering both technical and business concepts:• Mentoring and training delivery to colleagues of Service Now capabilities, solutions and offerings• Understand ITIL and architecture frameworks. Successful candidates for these positions will work onsite at the IBM Client Innovation Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The IBM Client Innovation Center is an in-bound delivery model where we support our clients from our Baton Rouge center. However, some travel is expected and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US. Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and training at the client site (Monday thru Friday). You are expected to be able to travel up to 50% of the time. This is a traditional office position. You must live in, or be willing to relocate to, Louisiana. This is not a work from home position.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :• 3+ years of overall Relevant experience• 2+ years of experience as a Service Now Application Developer, including some design and implementation of ServiceNow experience. • Service Now Application Developer certification• 1+ years’ experience working with Agile Methodology

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist• ServiceNow Certified Administrator• Certification ITIL Certification
