Business Execution Consultant - Unsecured Lending Operations Frontline Risk

About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant who is passionate about driving change and advancing the operation. This person will be expected to be a proactive self-starter that drives and change and implementation. The Business Execution Consultant will work with management at various levels while supporting Unsecured Lending Operations Frontline Risk Quality Assurance.In this role, you will:

Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives

Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics

Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work

Ensure successful implementation planning, solution preparation, delivery to the Unsecured Lending Operations Frontline Risk teams.

Establishes strategic implementation plans with project managers and executive sponsors that coordinate change activities, creatively solve problems and monitor sustained change to internal team members.

Designs complex processes and procedures in consultation with subject matter experts

Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations

Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables

Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business

Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business

Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management

Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

May be responsible for ensuring business requirements for technology changes meet the business need and are tested and implemented into production flawlessly while following all Change Management protocols.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Proficiency SQL, Python, and data mining

Tableau data visualization experience

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, One Note, and Project) skills

Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change

Ability to successfully engage in and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines amid shifting priorities

Knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) and performance measures

Experience creating clear business requirements document (BRD), completing UAT, and managing projects through completion

Experience with strategy development, project management, and implementation

Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision and follow specific guidelines

Jira Experience

Strong risk and control fundamentals

SharePoint Site Collection Administrator (SCA) experience

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong root cause analysis skills
