Together, we can continue to lead the industry and help build our nation's infrastructure from the ground up.We are seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our1st Shift: Sunday- Thursday 6:30am - 3:00pm- plus overtimeOvertime required as scheduled on all shifts.1st Shift Sunday to Thursday Rate $21.50 ($21.00 plus .50 cent shift differential)Monthly Incentive Bonuses up to $5.50 per direct hour based on outstanding performance.

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently without assistance

Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required

Ability to excel in fast-paced environment

Post-offer background check & drug screen are required

Responsibilities

Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned location

Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner

Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System

Effectively communicate with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments

Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times

Execute tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners or voice units

Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas

Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management

Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
