Work EnvironmentThe plant operates on 1st and 3rd shifts. The 1st shift runs from 6am to 3:30pm, Monday to Thursday, and 6am to 10am on Friday. The 3rd shift runs from 8pm to 6am, Monday to Thursday. The plant has a total of 185 employees, with about 5 currently on the new 3rd shift. The dress code requires steel-toed boots, jeans, and a t-shirt, with additional safety gear provided.
