PART TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - PERFECT FOR A RETIRED PROFESSIONAL OR STUDENT -FLEXIBLE HOURS
We are looking for a professional and reliable maintenance technician for our 37 unit apartment complex in South Sioux City. Applicant must have experience and be skilled in plumbing, electrical, gas, sheet rock/wall repair, painting and appliance repair.
