A valid Drivers License and a vehicle are required for work in the cities of Clinton and Eldridge (Park View), IA.
No experience necessary. We will train. First 3 months will be a trial period. Pay will be commensurate with the applicants' knowledge, ability and experience.
Job duties include: cleaning, painting, tenant relations, leasing, rent collection, moving in/out tenants, light maintenance/repairs, scheduling, administrative duties (knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus), access to the internet and basic math skills. Must be able to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
Typical work is 3 to 4 days a week during normal business hours.
