Office basics, answering phones, customer relations, etc.

Invoicing and posting data in record files.

Communication between field personnel, customers, Redi-Mix Companies and City Building Departments.

Various other non-essential duties.

Hours are Monday-Friday 11am-6pm.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Answer telephones quickly and in a friendly and personable manner.

- Data entry of invoicing and posting to customer accounts.

- Data entry of accounts payable.

- Verify and allocate all expenses to the correct department, create purchase orders for service or job supplies.

- Print and collate monthly statements.

- Approve and open new customer accounts and assign account numbers.

- Perform daily posting.

- Data entry of customer bids.

- Process all filing and outgoing mail.

- Maintain record keeping and data entry of fuel logs and consumption for quarterly filings.

- Order office supplies for every department.

- Responsible for end of day office closing procedures and practices.

NON- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Maintain a positive image.

Ability to problem solve.

- Participate in company functions and meetings, visiting with customers.

- Make sure office is clean, dusted, organized and inviting to customers.

- Perform any other special duties as requested by either direct supervisor or department manager
