In this role, you will operate heavy equipment to mix and move soil efficiently and safely within our facility. Operate heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, and front-end loaders, to mix and move soil.
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate soil mixing and movement tasks.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
Assist in site preparation and cleanup as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment, preferably in an outdoor or construction setting.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate heavy machinery.
