Processing paperwork from the production floor
Typing conversions into the system
Combo Inventory
Box rework (scanning labels and reporting)
Tanked product (scanning labels and reporting)
Update yields to be ready for product managers
Invoicing sakes orders
Checking exports documents when needed
Any other duties assigned by management
Required skills:
Attention to detail
Excel knowledge and good computer skills
Use computer to enter yield information
Able to communicate verbally and in written form with supervisors
Able to work weekends as needed (when plant scheduled) Some Sundays
Run yield reports and distribution to appropriate departments
Gather information for yield report
Assigned to other duties as needed
