Full salary range: $51,875.20 - $66,414.00
Hours: Monday Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Job summary:
Under general direction, maintains and repairs electronic and industrial electrical control systems and electrical distribution systems in the Wastewater division.
Minimum qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Three years of experience as an industrial electrician required. Journeyman Electrical License required. Valid Iowa Class B commercial driver's license with airbrakes endorsement with satisfactory driving record required. This position is subject to federal drug testing requirements. A pre-employment drug screen required. Must be 18 years of age per Iowa Code 92.8. Must pass criminal background check.
Preferred qualifications:
Associates degree in a related field from an educational institution accredited by a DOE recognized accreditation body or additional training beyond high school preferred. Master Electrical License preferred. Instrumentation and programming training preferred.
