Hours for this role will be Friday - Tuesday 3 pm to 11 pm / Base + Tips / Bonus available. The Game machine Technician is a full-time opportunity and will be located in the Riverside, Iowa.Major responsibilities:Adjust and repair machines, using hand tools to replace worn of defective electrical or mechanical parts.Ensure an adequate amount of surplus monitors and parts in inventory.Evaluate, test, and bench-repair slot machine monitors.Maintain other casino electronic devices.Examine defective machines to determine causes of malfunctions.Conduct daily inspections of machines and equipment.Conduct general maintenance on all machines and equipment.Participate in the programming or repair of progressive gaming and other electronic displays.Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicate in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.Maintain a professional work environment with supervisors and staff.Comply with all IRand company rules and regulations in repairing or programming equipment.Work with technical manuals to complete maintenance and repairs.Effectively present information to top management in a clear and concise manner.
