The project entails concrete work (slabs, walls, decks) and various equipment and pipe installation.

-Laborers: $25.14 (base) + $9.38 (fringe) = $34.52/hour (starting wage)
-Carpenters: $27.26 (base) + $13.68 (fringe) = $40.94/hour (starting wage)

-Potential opportunity to work on large (1-2 year) project in South Sioux City, NE once project is complete.
