RESPONSIBILITIES
Data entry for conversion
Filing
Entering payroll information
Making wage changes
Entering new hire data
Travel arrangements
Preparing letters/memos
Event Planning
Administrative to executive team
Managing calendars
Preparing reports/financial data
Handling unemployment
Other General HR duties
Process/manage work comp
QUALIFICATIONS
ExceptionalÂcomputer skills required (MS products)
Pivot Table experience
Exceptional organizational skills
Must have experience working with confidential information
Clerical experience a must
Attention to detail
Must have experience with: FMLA. employee benefits, unemployment, recruiting ect
